Levi’s Stadium, located in Santa Clara, CA, is a 1.85 million square foot NFL stadium serving as the home venue of the San Francisco 49ers. The stadium is the first certified LEED Gold for New Construction in the US.Designed as a multi-use facility, the stadium, it can be configured for concerts, motocross events, indoor/outdoor conferences and other community events. 

 

On this project, MCK prepared cost estimates, evaluated and tracked potential cost items for review and submission to stakeholders, and negotiated change orders with the Owner and sub-contractors.  Work included merging models, running clash detection for both conflict-avoidance and change order preparation. The MCK team performed MEPF BIM coordination, reviewed and processed submittals/RFIs for Design-Build Electrical, Low Voltage, Security, Telecommunications, Audio Visual, Scoreboards/Ribbon Boards, wireless network and the digital antenna system.
