Located in the Bayview-Hunters Point neighborhood of San Francisco, this San Francisco Recreation & Parks' project will unite the historic boatyard of 900 Innes and the underutilized India Basin Shoreline Park into one park, completing 1.5 miles of accessible shoreline along the San Francisco Bay. The project consists of new pile-supported concrete and wood deck piers, new basketball and play areas, a new boathouse, boat launch and parking area, bay trails, public restrooms, a maintenance building, food service area, and more. Sitting on 9.6 acres, India Basin Shoreline Park is located in the Bayview-Hunters Point neighborhood of San Francisco. The project will include constructing a path of 1.5 miles of accessible shoreline along the San Francisco Bay linking to the Bay Trail and Blue Greenway; and aiding better access from the neighborhood to the water. As the projects gets underway, MCK is providing estimating and scheduling services.
