San Francisco international airport Air Train
MCK is presently providing Cost Estimating & Scheduling Services under the Project Management Support Services contract for the Air Train Extension and Improvements Program. The $500 Million project will extend the Air Tran to the Long Term Parking Garage.
sFO t3 west
MCK is presently providing Project Management services for the full modernization of Terminal 3 West. This $800 Million project will upgrade infrastructure, improve building and technology systems.
San Francisco international airport
CONSOLIDATED ADMINISTRATION CAMPUs phase 1
MCK was the Project Manager for the new Consolidated Administration Campus (Phase I) at the San Francisco International Airport (SFO). The $83 Million project houses five SFO Departments. The project completed June 2018.
Airport Grand Hyatt hotel
MCK served as Project Manager for the new Four/Five Star Grand Hyatt Hotel at San Francisco International Airport (SFO). This $237 Million, 351 rooms, state-of-the-art hotel is accessible by Air Train and is located near the International Terminal. The hotel opened to the public September 2019.
Airport- Long Term parking garage
MCK provided lead Activation and Commissioning services on the SFO Long Term Paring Garage. The garage has 6 floors, 3000+ stalls, some EV charging stations with solar panels on the roof. The parking garage opened February 2019.
This currently unused space in San Francisco's Russian Hill is currently being transformed into a stunning park with expansive, commanding Bay views. MCK is excited to be involved in this amazing project which will provide multiple park amenities and sure to be a destination for residents and visitors looking to take a breather from the hustle and bustle of the city. The park is scheduled to open late 2020.
HELL HOLE DAM RAISE PROJECT
MCK will be providing Project Controls / Contract Administration, Scheduling / Cost Estimating and Office Administration services to the Placer County Water Agency for the Hell Hole Dam Raise Project. The Project consists of temporarily storing approximately 8,000 cubic yards of rip rap excavated from the downstream slope of the dam. The rip rap will be removed and placed back into the dam upon completion of the Project. Construction of a temporary road will include installation of three temporary ramps connecting to the top of the dam to the first bench on the reservoir side. The existing bench will serve as a temporary haul road. Upon completion of the Project, the ramps will be removed, and fill replaced on the dam or disposed of at an authorized facility.
EL DORADO FOREBAY DAM modification
MCK is currently providing Project Controls services for The El Dorado Irrigation District’s, Forebay Dam Modification Project ($27M.). The primary improvements will be to construct an earthen stability buttress on the downstream face that will both strengthen the dam and increase its water storage capacity. The project is comprised of three construction seasons that began fall of 2017. Project completion is scheduled for March 2020.
Richard Nixon Presidential Library Enhancement Project
MCK provided Project Engineering Support Services for the Richard Nixon Foundation on the $15 Million Exhibit & Museum Renovation project.
San Francisco Public Utilities Commission wastewater Program
MCK holds the 5-Year As-Needed Construction Management Contract by the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission.
Santa clara valley water district watersheds capital construction management services
MCK teamed with Mott MacDonald for a 5-Year Watersheds Capital Improvements Program for the Santa Clara Valley Water District. MCK provided Inspection and Scheduling.
