ABOUT MCK
In 2000, after successfully managing the construction of Pacific Bell Park (now Oracle Park); home of the San Francisco Giants, Brendan McDevitt founded MCK as a San Francisco-based Program Management, Project Management, and Construction Management company.
From its maiden assignments 20 years ago as project advisor to the Golden Gate Park Concourse Authority on the De Young Museum and Underground Parking Garage, and follow-on projects for the San Francisco Giants, MCK has become the preferred provider of project management and construction management services for a number of public and private clients.
MCK performs full service Project Management, Construction Management, Program Management, Controls, Scheduling, Estimating, Inspection and Unifier Implementation services. MCK's cost estimating, constructability, and alternatives analysis services have been applied to some of the Country's largest programs and projects.
MCK is richly diverse and experienced in high profile and complicated private and public projects. MCK prides itself on creative problem solving, its ability to be solutions oriented, and its positive approach, which produces great team chemistry and winning results. MCK provides the most effective development assistance available to ensure that project costs are minimized, schedules are met, and liabilities are mitigated.
MCK’s staff includes registered professional engineers, project managers, construction managers, field engineers, office engineers, document control/administration, construction inspectors, claims specialists, schedulers, and a full‐service cost estimating team dedicated to estimating, constructability and value engineering.
