MCK provided CM services for this project which included new storage facility, public art construction, ADA ramp for recreation center, new exterior façade, restoration of storage yard, restroom plumbing patch, new concrete paving, new stairs, seismic upgrades, kitchen improvements, drinking fountains, sprinkler system improvements, fans, exterior lighting, communications system, fire and security systems, and other improvements.
