The Mandarin Oriental Residences are the most expensive condominiums ever built in the western United States. These condos sold for $1,600/square foot, setting a new benchmark for high-rise luxury living. Ranging from 1,100 to 3,500 square feet, these condos were highly customized by the pre-sale owners and possessed the highest level of interior finishes. The Mandarin tower and adjacent parking garage achieved a LEED Silver certification.
