Constructed under MCK President, Brendan McDevitt’s contractor’s license, Pacific Bell Park, the first privately funded Major League Baseball stadium to be built in 35 years, opened under budget and two weeks ahead of schedule. Brendan was directly responsible for the completion and cost guarantee to the San Francisco Giants.
