Francisco Park

MCK served as Owner's Representative and provided Program, Project and Construction Management services to the Francisco Park Conservancy for this $25M park project located on the Francisco Reservoir. Amenities include a dog run, picnic area, community garden, ADA accessible pathways, children’s playground, restrooms, oval lawn area, and a storm water capture and reuse system that captures all onsite runoff for irrigation and toilet flushing reuse within the park. The ADS Storm Tech Chambers store 500,000 gallons of storm water for non-potable gray water reuse before flowing through a series of UV filtration and disinfecting processes. The annual saving of 1.5M gallons of potable water every year is a highlight of the Francisco Park Project.



This project won ENR's 2022 Best Landscape/Urban Development award.
