MCK provided cost estimating services for St. Mary's Park and Excelsior Playground. MCK provided conceptual estimates for Bond Measure to upgrade two existing Parks, St. Mary’ ($14.5M) and Excelsior Park ($5.5M). Improvements included/will include upgraded baseball field and bleachers, courts, a dog park, playground as well as Rec Center Facilities Building.​
