On-Call Professional Project Management Services

MCK holds a three-year On-Call Project Management Services contract with the Port of Long Beach, the premier U.S. gateway for trans-Pacific trade, handling more than $300 billion in cargo annually. Under this contract, MCK has provided a range of professional services across multiple disciplines, including sustainability, oil field coordination, dredging, and other specialized areas.

The scope of services includes comprehensive project oversight from inception through closeout, encompassing leadership of multidisciplinary project teams, collaboration with stakeholders to define project scope, development and maintenance of project schedules, management of project budgets, and assurance of quality throughout all phases of project delivery.
