Madera Gardens Storm & Sewer Rehabilitation

This sewer project in Corte Madera consists of rehabilitating and replacing the existing sanitary sewer system and making improvements to the storm drain system within the Madera Gardens neighborhood. Sewer rehabilitation methods include open trench repair, open trench replacement, pipe bursting, and spot repairs. Storm drain improvements include pipe repairs, installation of new curb & gutter, new storm drain pipe, and inlets. Work also includes traffic control, erosion control, temporary bypass pumping, potholing, dewatering, manhole rehabilitation, manhole replacement, sewer lateral replacement, and other related work. MCK provided inspection and overall CM oversight and administration.
