Oakland Inner Harbor Pipeline Crossing

As a part of MCK's On-Call contract for CM services with EBMUD, MCK provided Construction Management Services for the replacement of an existing transmission pipeline with a new pipeline installed beneath the Oakland Inner Harbor and nearly two miles of 24-inch steel pipeline throughout Oakland and Alameda. Work also included installing a flow meter and all associated electrical, civil, and structural appurtenances. This work connected the new crossing to existing transmission mains and further improved the hydraulic connectivity between Alameda and Oakland.
