Crestmoor Residential Development Utility & Roadway

At the former Crestmoor High School site in San Bruno, California, a vibrant single-family home community is taking shape in alignment with the City’s General Plan. The development features a mix of residential living and public amenities, including sports fields, parking, trails, playgrounds, and other recreational spaces. The community is designed to complement the surrounding Crestmoor neighborhood, featuring a variety of architectural styles and floor plans that blend seamlessly into the area’s character across the 155 planned single-family homes. MCK provided Construction Management and Inspection for the community’s infrastructure, including rough and fine grading activities, installation of sidewalks, curbs, gutters, curb ramps, and driveways and new roadway construction, storm drains, sanitary sewers, water systems, streetlights, joint trench facilities, stormwater flow-through planters, and landscaping.
